Day 440: Dec 03,2010

Had completed SDM ppt work & then worked on an animation slide for an hour. Slept by 5am. Woke up by 10:30am. Looked at my content to be spoken. presentation went ok, seemed to slightly stumble in the middle, by then managed it. Then after lunch, slept for an hour in room, then went for MCT class. The other groups were presenting today. After the class, came back to room and completed the SDM report work. Mailed it to the team, then exercised for sometime. Then dinner and then came back and dozed off for sometime. Then started work on BE project. Watched Bug's life movie and then continued work on BE. Completed it by 3:30am.
For once, free from all projects for this term.

Day 439: Dec 02,2010
RnS class had got over. BE final class. The class started and wound up in 30 mins. After asking the students to ask questions, the prof seeing no response left us. Then had MCT class had been cancelled too. Slept in the evening. Then started work on SDM project ppt.
The Red river project results had come. We had won it. Was satisfying.

Day 438: Dec 01,2010
RnS class other grp presentations went on. Prof appreciated my role as CR. Tenure was good under him, having enuf flexibility to take own decisions. BE class went on, i was workin on BE content finding. Had MCT presentation today. Met with the team in Library arnd 2:15, then went on with the ppt. PPT went off well. Came back to room. Wanted to play baddi with james, but the court was fully occupied. So decided to go for Jog with james. Completed 2 rounds successfully. Hadnt worn any woolen shirt, just a plain shirt, hence ended up getting chilled to bone. Came back to room. had Euro Stex dinner tonight. Food wasnt as great as last years.

Day 437: Nov 30,2010
Had ATSC presentations by other grp today. was working on MCT project. rested for a while. Then completed the work on Rns report work.

Day 436: Nov 29,2010

Had ATSC project presentation in morning. Woke up by 9am, refreshed then went to library. Akanksha & suresh were discussing suresh part. Finalized his points and presented in the class. The ppt went well (the opening animation looked cool). Then after lunch, sat with mukesh for deloitte and then worked on ATSC report. came back to room by 4 and dozed off for an hour. After snacks, worked on CV, as submission was due tonight. Uday helped in formatting, then had dinner, came back and worked on it again. completed the CV, 3 different version by 2am and submitted.

Day 435: Nov 28,2010
Woke up at 12pm after discontinuous waking and sleeping. Had ATSC special guest lecture for 3.5 hrs. Took the lappy there and worked on t ATSC report for the 1st part of the session. the prof seemed to be lookin at me but just continued working. The RA informed not to use the lappy during the lecture. The lecture was on price discrimination and how it is legal. Then after class, came back to room, worked on the CV. had a talk with Awanish, PGP24... then, went for deloitte meeting, and spent time till 10:30. Had ATSC meeting again, then came back to room and started working on the Strategic grps for the ATSC presentations.

Had SDM lecture. Woke sometime b4 the lecture, went and drowsed through most of the lecture. slept in the afternoon, met for deloitte, and continued work on ATSC project.

Had SDM class, which went on pretty nice. Discussion on Eureka forbes. then came back to room and researched on the Deloitte case study. Then played baddi with santo for sometime. Meeting at 8 with Mukesh and James. Went on till 10. Had dinner and met for ATSC project discussion. Went to library to work on the project.

Day 432: Nov 25,2010
Reached campus back by 9. Refined the final ppt. Went on with the presentation in RnS class. Kinda globed on my part. overall, guess it went on well. Then had BE class & MCT. Slept in the evening for sometime. Then met with Mukesh, James for Deliotte discussion. Came back to room, worked on RnS report and dozed off by 1am.

Day 431: Nov 24,2010
Reached Delhi in morning. Changed in waiting room, used Delhi metro to reach Sarita vihar, from there caught a bus to Prahaladpur and reached Claridge hotel by 8:30. The session with Daniel Goleman started and went on well, It was interesting to see few concepts reinforced. reached the station by 8pm, it was delayed by an hr. It came by 10pm. peaceful journey back.

Normal class went on. Forget abt the BE special class on monday evening. had gone to play baddi with James after a long time. On Tuesday, had train to delhi for the EI & Leadership summit with Daniel Goleman. so started from campus by 5pm with Anshul & Madhavi. Train had got delayed by 1/2 hr, waited in station. Nice journey to delhi.

Day 428: Nov 21,2010

Had slept by 2:30am. Woke up by 9am. Dad, mom had called up to wish Bday. Then refreshed then sat down with the M&A project work. Dozed off a bit, would work on for sometime. Routine continued till night. Uday realized it's my bday quite late into the evening and wished me. Bday went on fine except didnt go out due to unavailability of bike and the impending M&A work. Finished t project work by 5am.

Day 427: Nov 20,2010:
uday had wanted to go out at any cost.Woke up by 10 and refreshed and went to t bank. Got the online account activated. Then went to Kukrail. Uday,Smriti, Jeevitha, Rajsekhar and I left for Kukrail. It's a crocodile park, and supposed to have a boating place. We did find crocodile lazing out in the sand but couldnt find any boating place. It was filled with a lot of couples busy among themselves. We sat in a canteen, ordered tea, then the real discussion started. Campus news, general trends etc etc. After conversing for around 1 hr, we left back for campus. Index fair was happening on saturday & sunday. Today, hariprasad chaurasia's flute concert was to happen. We again left to the Index grounds and returned by 11pm. Uday left to see Harry potter 7 movie, where as i and rajsekhar once we came back went on with the general discussion. Talked until 1:30am. Then came back to the room and sat with the M&A work, to create an outline.

Classes on Thursday & Friday. Though attendance was very thin. had done a night out on Friday so was almost waiting for the class to get over so to go and hit the sack. Slept around 3:30pm and woke around 9pm.

Day 424: Nov 17,2010

Had slept at 8:30am. Slept until 5pm. Got refreshed, went for snacks and continued watching naruto. exercised, then went for dinner. Came back, worked on blog idea for some time, then watched naruto. Uday came and said t plan for this weekend to Khajurao or agra. Had posted the blog idea on the Blondie, and got 3 responses. Informed them about the plan i had and got positive response. Tried solving the last layer of Rubik's cube using OLL method. There are 57 algo's. started with 3 of them for now.

Day 423: Nov 16,2010
had a RnS quiz today. had slept arnd 3:30am. Inspite of having alarm, it didnt ring (or i didnt hear it) Uday had also dozed off for the quiz. hence, missed the first quiz in MBA. had ATSC and M&A class today. in ATSC class, the recommendation in Nucleon case which i had thought off was refuted at the end of the class. Good presentation by the Harsh's group. The Pcom grp unexpectedly made a good presentation more on numbers. NPV, position matrix, firm resource, usage matrix -- all jargons were playing around. ATSC surprise quiz.. then had quiz in M&A too. came back, relaxed in room for sometime, exercised then after dinner, went to library. saw the M&A project for sometime, didnt get much clue, then came across the film on Kiran Bedi, yes Madam, sir. was inspiring to see it. tried seeing few other videos on her. Then worked on the CV for sometime. Wasnt feeling sleepy, so continued watching Naruto.

Day 407: Oct 29,2010

A fortnight since i updated this. Our mid terms got over on 24th. Then a short break for 3 days before the summer placements started for the juniors. Nothing big during the exams except that most of the time went on watching sitcoms. The prep for Business Environment & ATSC were somewhat hectic. Others went on cool.

After the exams, for the next 2 days, worked on the HUL LIME event. Summers started yesterday.Had the role of the tracker, to keep track of students with multiple shortlist. was interesting, except that u need to sit in a room and do nothing. Let's see how the thing proceeds.

Day 392: Oct 14,2010

Had slept around 9:30am. RnS class was cancelled. Thgt of bunking BE class, but then forced myself and attended the class. Slept throught the class. In MCT class, the final summary for the mid terms portion was done. Then submitted the M&A assignment. Then slept from 5-8:30. Refreshed ,had dinner and then went to CC. Mudra marketing contest deadline was tomorrow. so worked the rest of the night on the ppt.

Day 391: Oct 13,2010

Woke just in time and rushed to the RnS class. BE class was interesting, The Prof was teaching on the Japan. Korea's history - the samurai, zebistsu class. Was reading MCT case reading simultaneously. MCT class, discussion on the Resistance to change, types of change, change strategies. Then took rest for sometime, went for jogging, then had dinner. Came to CC. There was a marketing contest on social media, since had worked on few social media contest, decided to take part in it. Sat till 5:30 in the morning.

Day 390: Oct 12,2010

Had slept sooner (by 3:30am). Got a engaging dream that even though my 9am alarm woke me up, i continued to enjoy t dream as a result, missed by Morning ATSC class [Seems t Prof had given a surprise quiz. 2 bunks for now in ATSC. Woke up, refreshed and went for M&A class. The class was peaceful.

Came back and completed the editing of the Perfect Show with Chris Macdonald, and finalized the content. Then checked the SBN marks. Went for jogging, then had dinner. M&A project proposal submission was due on 14th, so went thro the book. Published the Perfect show with Chris at my c'est la vie blog. And added content for First Love - Part V, Shop socially article.

Kinda sad (coz of ATSC surprise quiz) and a quick day !

Day 389: Oct 11,2010

Woke up by 10. Refreshed and went for ATSC class. Had lunch, and worked on t proposal for ASTC project. Had to meet the prof at evening 5pm. Then had M&A class. Prof announced a surprise quiz. Thank gudness, it was a open book, hence referred t polycopy and wrote the answer. In t evening, met t ASTC prof for deciding the project outline.. Came back to room and watched naruto movie. Arnd 7:30, went for a jog. Came back, rereshed & went for dinner. Then went to library and started working on ATSC project proposal submission. Then played chess for an hr and then worked on M&A project submission.

Day 388: Oct 10,2010

Dooxle work went on till morning. Completed the work around 7:30. Decided to have breakfast and then sleep. Spend time watching HIMYM. Slept around 10 and got up around 6:00pm. refined the dooxle work with uday, and sent it across. Had dinner, then browsed for sometime. Not much work today, other than Dooxle, Red river.
Day 387: Oct 9,2010
had been working on red river untill 5. Woke up arnd 11, and went for SDM class. then had 3 hr session of R&S class. Followed by special guest lecture in SDM. Came back, dozed off for a while and went to CC arnd 10. Maddy, Soumya, Nirmal were already there.. Started t work on t red river project.
Day 386: Oct 8,2010
Had slept arnd 8:30. Uday woke me up arnd 12,for t SDM class. Was dozing mostly throughout t class. Then came back and dozed off in t afternoon. Had dinner and went to CC for working on red river. T whole team- soumya, maddy and nirmal were grouped for t long day (oops, night) ahead.

Day 385: Oct 7,2010

Got to R&S class JIT. after JIT, had lunch and continued with BE class. read the MCT case for sometime and then slept off for the remaining time. Met with the Admin for JT work with the whole team. went thro t RnS slides and dozed off for sometime. then after dinner, went to CC and contd with t SDM readings

Day 384: Oct 6,2010

Was working early into morning on the MCT project proposal presentation. RnS, BE class were fine. the project presentation was fine. since hadnt prepared for it, fumbled in t middle. Then went for jogging and then went to CC. Maddy & uday were already there and we had discussion for a strategy competition for 2 hrs. then i contd with RnS slides.

Day 383: Oct 5,2010

Had ATSC presentation, so woke up by 9, got refreshed and went to class. The presentation on Goldman sachs went well, and we handled it pretty well. Then had M&E class. after snacks, came back to room, worked on MCT proposal preparation, then went for a jog. Was surprised to see her jogging. Came back and continued t work. Then met at JT reg collection issues. Then Rns project proposal & case assignment discussion started.
Started work on MCT ppt collating.

Day 382: Oct 4,2010
ATSC class seemed interesting as had read the case yesterday. ME went by fast. After snacks, took a brief nap. then decided to go for jogging. being sometime since i had been plannin to jog. then had ATSC meeting to prepare the case ppt. we discussed it for sometime and divided the work. Then came back to CC and continued the work. After 3 started work on Red river & did till 4:30.

Day 381: Oct 3,2010

Had a chess game today, but had slept off, So couldnt play the game. IIML B had won against IIM Rohtak, so they were facing IIML A team for the 1st prize. Vinay won against Lokendra, but surprising the other 3 members lost against IIML B team. Had the ATSC case presentation coming up on Tuesday, so read the case till evening. Then slept for sometime, and had dinner. Went for Insti party as Varchasva'10 was getting over today. Quite a loaded week ahead, lets see how it goes.

Day 380: Oct 2,2010
Woke up arnd 10. missed the game against IIM Rohtak. IIML A team had won 4-0. Then IIML B team was facing Lucknow university. it got tied up, and had to go in for a tie breaker , which we won finally. It was a mad game with both the players missing out opportunities. Then in the aftrnoon, a team from LBSIM arrived, they had only 2 members. I and radha played against them, which we won 2-0. Then, i , madhavi & uday met for a discussion. Later, there was choreo night, followed by fashion show. Saw it for sometime. It wasnt that gr8 as last yr, but the music was pulsating.
Came back to room arnd 3:30 and slept.

Day 379: Oct 1,2010
Was awake till morning 9:45. Thought will sleep for sometime and wake up for the 12:30 SDM class. Woke up arnd 12, but didnt feel like going, so bunked the class. RnS presentation was there, so got refreshed and went for t class. The presentation went well, then in the evening, came back and slept off. Later in the evening, Uday proposed to see Endhiran(robot) movie in Hindi. Aravindhan, junior friend had planned to go out. So we joined him and went along. The movie was ok, except for the awesome direction by Shankar. rajini's charm was missing. Anyhow, came back and slept arnd 4.

Day 378: Sept 30,2010

Had the RnS presentation today which didnt happen. hadnt slept properly, so dozed off completely in the BE class. had a webex session with ABG retail head,session was interesting. came back and slept. had dinner then started playing chess.

Day 377: Sept 29,2010
Rns class got cancelled today. MCT, we had a surprise quiz on bacardi case. Then had chess selection which started after dinner. went from 9:30 to 1:30. game went well, lost 2 games, and won 4 games. came back and started working on RnS case. had to format the report and refine the ppt. Slept at 5:30.

Day 376: Sept 28,2010
Just the usual 2 classes. Planned to work on red river, yet got busy with RnS case preparation. completed my part.

Day 375: Sept 27,2010

Woke up around 10am. After the ATSC class, met Sukumar Nandi Sir regarding Perfect Show. came back to room and slept until 2:15. Had a company presentation later at evening, so refreshed and wore the formals. The M&A class was pleasant. The presentation started right on time and got over in an hr. It was an interesting session with new insights on the changing industry sector (I cant divulge which company. Colg secret ;) )

Came back to room, relaxed for a while. Then after dinner, went ahead with the RnS assignment work along with Red river project. Finally figured a way to install PC suite in my mobile, and successfully installed it. played around with various options given in the PC suite and transferred songs, movies to t phone. The time is now 5:45am. Probably will try to be awake until morning.

Day 374: Sept 26,2010

Woke up around 12:30, slept till 2pm. Then had a haircut. Had to read the shop socially docs before our video conf tom, then worked to complete the First Love blog.

Day 373: Sept 25,2010

After the SDM class, had planned to leave for 'Chhappan bhog' by afternoon. Santo had taken Soumya to the doc. Didnt get t bike untill they came back. left with sahil by 5. got caught by t traffic police near hazrat ganj, paid him t fine then reached Chhappan bhog. t owner hadnt arrived by then and would come by 9pm. We waited for sometime and then decided to have dinner at hazratganj. sahil overate himself and had an stomach upset. Went back to t shop & Met the owner and asked him few questions for our project. Came back by 11:30, took a bath and browsed online.

Day 372: Sept 24,2010

Woke up JIT for the SDM class. Since Gyanendra had gone to his home, we needed someone in the shop. Told alok to stay in the shop and went with uday for sourcing. got t goods, and then worked on upcming cases.

Day 371: Sept 23,2010

Woke up at 10:35, 5 mins after my 10:30 class. T prof had told late comers wont be given any attendance, hence decided to bunk t class. Refreshed myself, practiced once before going to 12:30 class. Our prom strat project reports were given back. was a decent performance, had made few silly/careless mistakes. after BE class, received t SM paper. it had been my worst performin subject last term. had screwed up t end term too. then went back to room, got t ppt from lappy and went to class. in MCT class, Maam told me to start t class with the presentation. T presentation went well. we were shown 3 videos of companies which had made a turn around. After MCT class, came back to Just Tea shop. Alok had to go for sourcing. so remained in shop for sometime. Maddy joined me to discuss abt red river project. we discussed it for sometime , after which came back to room, watched 3 episodes of BBT, and dozed off for sometime.

Day 370: Sept 22,2010
had slept late in t morning, so most of t day went by sleeping in class.

Day 369: Sept 21,2010

Slept around 5am. So woke up aroun 10:25. Reached class 5 mins late. The attendance had being already taken, t prof gave a surprise quiz on the case to be read on tat day. After t class, asked t RA for attendance, he refused sayin latecomers wont get attendance. This term's first attendance missing starts. Then had a 2.5 hrs break, which was utilized by dozin off. Then had M/A class, which was as usual. had a surprise quiz in tat too. After t class, had evening snacks and started t project grp allotment for R&S course. After tat, started with MCT ppt on t book 'Only t paranoids survive'. Maddy asked me, uday to join her for celebrating TG's bday at 8. left t phone in room and went to TG room while she went for collectin t cake. She didnt turn up till 8:30. Found her coming out of Mess, kinda pissed off coz had planned few activities, so shouted at her for delayin it. seems t cake was not ready. She got emotional. Somehow convinced her, and went back to room. Later went to TG room, where Kiran, Maddy, Uday, Gitanjali & abhinav were there. after cutting t cake, and smearing it over TG, TG smeared some cake on Kiran. Kiran, did t same to me. I took more cake and put it on him. thus ensued a battle between us - kiran tryin to put cake on me, and i stoppin him. Went back to room, changed dress and came back to have dinner. Then went to CC for completing the MCT ppt and readin a case. Time close to 4am now. Gotta hit t sack...!
